Kimpton Road
Kimpton Road will act as the key public face of the development. Our architects have designed a frontage that will welcome and capture all the different users of Napier Park. It will engage people with the use of green facades and ecological water pools.
Kimpton Road will also provide the main vehicle access point into Napier Park as well as the stunning vista of the Cascade water feature and park providing a life line running northwards through the very heart of Napier Park.
Lennox Place
This is the high quality spine that will provide the link across Kimpton Road to Luton Airport Parkway station. Along its course Lennox Place will offer retail frontage, as well as entrances to offices and hotels.
Lennox Place will maintain a consistent width but broaden at key points, such as the station, the hotel square in Stirling Place and when it meets the park at its end. These areas will also encourage stationary activity as well as accommodate public art features such as fountain pools, lighting, planting and other landscape features. |
Retail
The retail element will span from the new Station link to Lennox Place and will provide the necessary amenities and community facilities that are required to make a mixed-use development successful. It might incorporate cafes, newsagents, local convenience stores, florists and dry cleaners.
