Residential Accomodation
A substantial area of designated landscape that forms a distinctive setting for this residential area of Napier Park. The landscape will feature accessible pathways connecting each cluster and development phase to the main circulation road and bus route. Soft landscaping elements will help to integrate the buildings within the topography.
This will be very much a Home Zone in the wider sense as its principles seek to maximise the area’s biodiversity through the creation of niche habitats, targeting locally identified red and amber list species.
The area incorporates a public footpath that will run the length of the north side of the railway line and extending along the western boundary of the site. Alongside the railway will feature a continuous earth bank, planted with small trees and wild flowers to act as a screen to the railway and boundary fence.

Office Space
These have been designed to front Kimpton Road, Lennox Place and the main central park providing each occupier with access to the adjacent retail facilities, transport links and leisure facilities. The buildings will be designed to take advantage of the latest energy saving technology, also helping to provide more lofty, airy and naturally lit spaces. The external facades are designed to be simple yet modern and the building footprints will be flexible enough to accommodate large blue chip companies wishing to relocate to Luton. |
